- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor excuse of not doing a banking transfer on the 1st of March. Was told " because it a leap year transfers will run late"! NEVER HEARD SUCH BS! Now because of poor service, not transferring on March 1st, I will make Blackhawk Bank pay for all NSF CHARGES OF $300!By Ann Permin, February 23, 2017
