- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆It is getting harder to justify banking here. Only has 1 drive thru, only 1 outside ATM (which breaks down often) and now All the Chase Banks no longer will accept large amount of coins unless they are rolled (or you are a business customer) Really?? Do you think I want to sit and roll coins when there is a machine for that. The employees here are very nice, however Chase Bank's Customer Service Options need to improve. Or I could move my accounts to the local bank a few blocks away that still have drive thru lanes and a coin counting machine. They even will take your coins if you are not a customer.By Liz, December 06, 2016
